Any given shift may involve up to six hours of walking, pushing wheelchairs, assisting people with mobility, managing highly stressful or complex situations, responding to people experiencing the impacts of trauma or mental health crises and aggression. You will be required to work in an uncontrolled environment, work as part of a team, use a radio to communicate, and be able to produce basic written reports.
